Ford warranty work

We are in the middle of a nightmare. Long story short, we made it to Key West but heard knocking noise the last 40 miles or so. Called roadside assistance. They arranged tow 130 miles to Homestead, Fl. Tow truck cracked the front face and broke and/or lost parts of drive shaft. The knocking noise was diagnosed as bad king pins, apparently ford has a technical bulletin out on this. Coach brand new, October 31, 2017 and has only 3000 miles on it. We have been here a week, parts are at the dealership but they are having a hard time removing the kingpin. Our home is in Pennsylvania so we have been staying in hotels while the dealer continues to try to fix our rig. Our resources are running low. Does anyone have any experience with Ford motor home warranty? How do we convince them to help the dealership or transfer the job to a heavy duty truck shop? What about getting help with hotel expenses? The Ford dealer gave us a car to use.

I’m so sorry to hear about your troubles. I’m not near my 2017 Vista with a Ford engine to check, but I would think the owners manual would have some phone numbers to call get help on making timely warranty repairs. Best of luck.
