Fire Extinguisher in the bedroom?

Do you have one in your bedroom? Our new (used) 2016 Sunstar LX 27N has one in the kitchen area, but not in the bedroom. What do you guys have?

Yes, both kitchen and bedroom. Things can get a bit hot in there sometimes.

If you don't have one, get one. Never too many!! It's like insurance, you don’t want to ever use it, but I'd rather have it than want it. lol

I also have them in various compartments in the basement so they are handy for dealing with an errant water heater, etc.

I lost my previous coach to a fire while running on the interstate because I did not have enough fire extinguishers to keep a wheel fire from flaring back up.

I am considering a few large cold fire units to add to my collection.

I bought one and installed in the bedroom. Our coach has one installed next to the entry door but that was the only one.

I put 2 extra ones in. One in cabinet next to kitchen. I put a label maker label on the cabinet so everyone could find it quickly. The other one I put in the bedroom in case we had to fight fire on the way out. I hope to never need either one.

I suggest that at least one of your extinguishers be the larger 5 lb size as compared to the typical handheld (2.5# or smaller).

Costco currently has a good deal on the 5 lb First Alert Heavy Duty fire extinguisher. It's store-only so the price isn't listed online. I don't remember what I paid but I'm guessing $30something.
