While working on our 05 Winnebago Sightseer, a rubber cover that separates the engine from the camper wall tore into many pieces. We cannot figure out what to call it so we can replace. We think it protects the top of the engine.

On my '05 Sightseer 29R there is a rubber curtain in front of the engine, keeping dirt and debris from the top of the engine. It is located inside the front hood, above the radiator. That is the only rubber shroud I see. Mine has a few tears due to the sheet metal screws being tightened too much, but otherwise is serviceable. For it's purpose, any heat resistant heavy weight matting would work. Remember the cut outs for checking oil and tranny fluid.
