A fellow rver asked me if I added the dual exaust. He said his 05 Adventurer, and his 08 only have a single exaust. Did they only put duals on the 06 models, or was it an option? We are new Winnebago owners, and still learning.

I have an 07 Itasca Suncruiser and it's on the Workhorse chassis - it has dual exhaust. I also owned a 99 Monaco LaPalma with a Ford V10 - it had a single exhaust. Maybe the difference is in which engine package they have???

Do you just have two tailpipes side by side off one muffler? Thats NOT dual exhaust.

I have true dual exhaust. I did notice that on the ones with single exhaust the pipes are a larger diameter.

Same as Bigdog05 true dual exaust. The fellow I was talking to, had an 05 Adventure 38T, and now has an 08 same drive line 8.1 with allison trans. He said both were single exaust. We will be picking ours up next week having some service done, I plan to ask the service mgr. I will let you know what I find out.

I have the '07 38T adventure on the w-24 chassis. It has single exhaust behind the driver's rear wheel.

My guess is that the type depends on the floorplan and location of slide outs.

I assume they don't want to exit an exhaust pipe underneath of where a slide might be open above it.

Look at your floor plan and try that theory.
