Anyone know a place that sells HWH solenoids?

Hello, I have a bad jack solenoid (part # RAP90729) in the HWH 325 series leveling system in my 2004 Winnebago Brave 32V. I'm having a really hard time finding a replacement for it and HWH is telling me there is an 8 week lead time to get one. Does anyone know of a place that might have one in stock? I have one on order through them but I would definitely buy another if I can get it sooner and keep the second one as a backup after it arrives.

Thanks for any advice/help!

I can under stand having problems getting parts for a 20 year old RV, but not for a 6 year old one. The solenoid coil is probably a standard part that can be in interchanged. I'd try checking at a local hydraulic parts supply. They deal with these sort of things daily.

I think I have read the solenoids are a unique HWH piece. Also saw someone recommending calling rvleveling.com they are an HWH distributor.

I've got a ten that says any large city hydraulics shop (pumps, hoses, controls) will have something that will work... sitting on a shelf right now... and will sell it for a fair bit lower than the usual culprit RV resources will.

Just sayin'

Yes, check with rvleveling.com. The company name is actually Stuart Services and speak with Chuck. He should be able to help you as I've gotten two selonoids from him within a couple of days. Now keep in mind that the ones I've rec'd have been rebuilt but they work. I believe they have a one year warranty on them.

I ended up not having to go any further than Chuck at rvleveling.com. SUPER nice guy and had exactly what I needed in stock and is going to ship today. Remanufactured with 1 year warranty, considerably less money than new.

Thanks to everyone that was able to help! Hopefully those searching in the future will find this thread helpful to them, too. =)

I ordered mine last Thursday and had it shipped UPS Ground, they arrived Monday morning. Installed it yesterday and that fixed my problem.

Good luck!

Recommend [email protected] which is STUART'S SERVICE INC.
for HWH replacement of Solenoids and Jacks. They have rebuild items with
12 month warranty. Talk with CHUCK.

8/17/2010 I talked with Chuck about a jack that would go down but did not want to always come up. He told me problem in this case was seals /
O ring was rolling up and not letting jack retracting. I was thinking it had to be the solenoid and was going to replace this first but Chuck said if it was the solenoid then I could not pry the jack back up. He ID my jack and had in stock and shipped out 8/17/2010 and I recieved 8/19/2010 and installed. Works great.
