This may sound strange, but is there such a thing as a contact number where an owner can call someone at Winnebago?
I hate email and generally find you get either canned responses or no response.
I have asked my local dealer a question about my rig. He simply can not answer it. He says he has been in contact with his contact but that is not what I want.
It is a minor issue but it just seems a there has to be some type customer contact.
The phone number provided for Winnebago technical assistance is a good number to keep handy. You get to speak with a real person who is knowledgeable about the product and will try to help solve your problem. I used it when I had a problem with the freezer compartment of our fridge in our 2018.5 Fuse and he directed me on how to request reimbursement for the diagnostic fee that Norcold charged to look at the new refrigerator.
