I made an appointment in April of this year. When I called they told me May was already full. If I was seriously considering having them do the work I should make a June appointment very soon. I went ahead and got one of the last June appointments before they stopped taking reservations. Got to Forest City the day before my scheduled appointment. Checked in and said I would be back tomorrow. Asked for a good place for lunch. Was having lunch when Rebecca called and said if I could bring the coach now they could get me right in. If I would have just had the work I made the appointment for it would have been tons cheaper. With the "add ons", I was there 3 1/2 days. When we left I had the front cap reattached, caulking done, new satellite dish, new 32" flat screen (with old box cut out) not to mention two new HD satellite receivers (one a dvr). I was 98% satisfied with the work. They submitted two items to my extended insurance. Both denied. When I got home I called insurance and asked why they denied. The request was for a slide out alignment. Which was the repair. They should have requested slide out repair. Didn't have that done at that time. Will definitely go back there again. Will most likely have them do the slide then. After watching people come and go for three days, I know I will never go there without an appointment. I will also be very judisous with the work I have done there during GNR. They were just starting to bring in "summer help" while I was there.

I agree with last poster, why would you not make an appointment more timely especially if you FT and knew you were going to be in the area. I could not even get into my local dealer in three weeks.

We dropped by the Factory in Oct 09. Our coach is an 08 voyage.(3 months out of warranty) We came in at 230pm. They took our information and said that since we didn't have an appointment they would look at 7 items. We stayed overnight at the campground(30amps and water). We went back the next day and they agreed to fix six of the seven items for free. They were professional and repaired all the items. We were there for 5 days due to parts being ordered. We kept ourselves busy during the day and got the coach back each afternoon to spend the night. Did you know you can drive all through the town in about 12 minutes. We toured the factory and they were very accomadating. When you just show up it is first come first serve. I was very satisfied with their service.

Yep, we had a great experience when they've been there before too. I'm headed down there this morning. Since they won't do extended wty work for non appointments I'm just going to have them do the caulking and trim repair which needs to be done. Thanks for your comments.
