If you have never tried the chat before here is how to log on.

At the top of this page is an aqua colored menu bar. 7th from left is a menu titled Chat. Click on that and follow directions. You will be asked to sigh in with your user name and password.

I believe that 9 PM EDT should be 6 PM PDT. I can't tell you if the chat started on time or not. I had a meeting and came on late. At 9:45 EDT there were 4 of us on the chat.

I logged in about 6:45 Pacific and again around 7 and 8 - no one. Will try again next time.

Chats last only 1 hour, give or take a few minutes, so checking at 7P (10 EDT) or 8P (11 EDT) there would be no one there. Good thing is the chats are every week, same day/same time so there's plenty of chances to get in.
