Greetings!!

I am going to try something for a few weeks, maybe even longer if it "catches on" and becomes something that is used and enjoyed.

Starting this evening at 9:00 PM (EDT) and every TUESDAY at 9 PM (EDT) for the foreseeable future,I am going to be in the Winnebago Chat Room....I'm thinking I'll start with an hour long session and play it by ear in the future.
Many other forums use the chat format as a way to "get to know" one another and I thought this would be something we could do.....It is my hope that we can come together and use this as another "vehicle" to make this even more the "premier" RV'ers destination on the web.

To enter the chat rooms, click on "GO" then slide to the bottom to "chat" and select the "Winnebago" area.

See you at 9!!

Hey Bob,

I like the idea except for the Timing. Unfortunately, Momma calls for "Chow" right around 6'oclock my time... I would propose a later time, but I wouldn't want to disturb your beauty sleep..

Well, duh...what am I missing? Where do I find the chat room? Is it somewhere on the IRV2.com site?

Tried to get in chat room as I think it is a great idea but couldn't get into any of them including fireside. When window opened it just had a blue box in it. Did I do something wrong or is there a problem?

Tom and Donovan,as far as I know I saw you both in the room....meybe go back out next time and reenter....the box "spools" a second or two and then loads.

Will do some checking for next week.

I signed in, briefly saw that "Boss Hogg" was the only other one there, before I could type anything, screen blinked and it was just me.

Best,

Bob,

smlranger asked a good question and I am going to ask it again - how do you get into the chat room (when it is active)

I am going to put a reminder in Outlook for next Wednesday night. Sounds like fun.

I got in no problem, just didn't see anyone else there It 's 10:30pm EST though so I think chat time is over tonight. Leave it to us West-Coasters to really mess things up

I'll try again next week.

Adrian,on the side of the page you will see the "GO" icon....

Click on "GO" then slide down to the bottom to the word "chat" and when you mouse over the word "chat" you can pick from "Fireside", "Workhorse" or "Winnebago" chat rooms...

Smlranger made it in....

I did see Donavan and the others "enter" the room....maybe the "blue screen" took longer to load the chat room, I will have that figured out for next week with Warpath/Bill.
The site founder, he is the main software guru....

Trace,it was active pretty hard at it for about an hour....even had a special Winnebago guest stop by.
