We recently purchased our first MH. So at a result we sometimes call it the tent trailer force of habit. However, we like to call our 1999 30' diesel Winnebago Brave, "The Bus"

Surprised no one came up with the Leisure Seeker like the new movie with Donald Sutherland and Helen Mirren.

I've tried every formal name I can think of, but like others have said, it gets called "the trailer".

The Mrs and I wrestled with this when we bought our Minnie Winnie last fall. after we were unable to come up with a clever or otherwise appropriate name, we started calling it "Winnie" as a placeholder until we came up with something better. Then a funny thing happened: "Winnie" started growing on us and now that's her "official" name.

"Uncle Bob", My wife had an Uncle Bob that loved to camp and I had an Uncle Bob who always had a Winnebago...seemed appropriate.

We call ours Dottie...the name means gift. We feel this motorhome was a gift/blessing from God. Hence, Dottie became our newest family member. We’re looking forward to many years of adventures with her and our 3 pups.

Name for our RV

My wife Pam and I are calling our new 2007 Vectra "5-Card Draw." The reason is it took 5 credit cards to come up with the $4,000 deposit to hold the RV at Lichtsinn.

The middle name is "Why not Larry?" This name came from my Dad who gave the advice of "Why not" when we were deciding to purchase the Vectra.

The indigo effects on the other wise white of the body on the Intent reminded me of the Millenium Falcon from Solo. So we dubbed ours 'The Willenium Falcon'
