WATER HEATER and HVAC SYSTEM

Ok I have read so many posts my eyes are crossing. We have a 2003 38g and the hot water heater and the cooling fan blower in the HVAC system won't come on. They both quit at the same time. We replaced the water heater last year and it worked just fine. Without tearing into both system, does any body have an idea what would cause this????????

For future reference, you might want to visit the General Maintenance section of this forum. There is a sticky there which links you to the electrical, plumbing, etc. schematics. If you can't follow them now, it is a great skill to add to your resume.

To your immediate concern, start by checking every fuse and circuit breaker that seem to apply. Then check the rest. Even in your chassis panel(s). I have stopped being surprised at what circuits are protected by what breaker. It often seems the schematic is more of a suggestion than representation. It took me forever to figure out the reason we were only getting 30amp was because the EMS sensed the third leg from the engine heater breaker. It was summer, breaker was off.

Good hunting!
