No Air Flow in AC Ducts

2016 Itasca Sunova 33C. I turned the ac on for the first time and discovered that I do not have cool air coming from the small ceiling ducts that lead from the lounge area back to the bedroom. At time of purchase they were working fine. They are open. Could they possibly be blocked? If so how in world would I get in there to fix the problem.

Check the adjustable vents on the bottom of the unit. If they are open all the air comes out of those. Close them and the air will go through the other vent openings.
