No AC or HW

My 170s is less than two years old and the AC has stopped cooling. The AC of hot water heater is not heating.

Check 30amp power to pedestal. Ok. Fuses ok.

I have AC repair scheduled but I pondering if I’m missing one leg of the 30 amp service. Any thoughts?

For those who don't know the different model numbers, more info on brand, year and model will help as we can then look at drawings to see where the power goes and how it might be connected. Your guess that one leg is missing might sound right but with the complete info we can look at the drawings and options to see. Also when you say the Air cond. has stopped cooling, what do you mean? Does the blower run but not cool or just the blower never starts?

Check to see if you have 12v power to the thermostat?..........usually the12v cutoff switch that powers the coach maybe off. You need 12v to operate water heater and a/c.
