Heat near floor works but not ceiling

I just got a 2013 Aspect last summer. Have taken everywhere and love it. This winter we tried winter camping along the Columbia River and no problems. We had quite a bit of snow a couple of weeks ago, by Puget Sound standards, and my RV was covered with snow. Every few days I would crank up the generator and turn in the heat. Heat was coming out of ceiling and floor vents.,Now that it has warned up I tried it again but no heat or fan in ceiling. Lower registers work fine. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m using ELECTRIC or PROPANE. But ceiling heat or fan doesn’t work. I know it is a heat pump and in the past we had air but it would be cool. Now nothing from up above. Any suggestions?

It is our understanding that if the temperature is below 40F the heat pump (and ceiling registers) will not work.

Yeah that is what I read in the manual but it was working when it was in the 20’s with snow packed on the roof and along the Columbia River in the low 30’s. It was cool air but it was blowing. Just wondering if There is a breaker for the AC/heat pump.
Thanks for the quick response.
