2019 31N Outlook Air Conditioning Problem

Hello,
We recently purchased a new Outlook (June 2019) and seem to be having air conditioning issues. Many of the a/c vents - little air is coming out compared to 4 vents where you can feel the air flow. When going from low to high, you hear the switch on the wall kick on but there is little to no increase in the air coming out. We brought it back to where we purchased and were told that it's typical that there's not much change when you switch to from low to high. Does this sound like a correct response? Doesn't appear that they addressed the minimum air coming out of the vents either. We have an older travel trailer and there's quite a bit of difference running the a/c on high vs low and it's able to cool down fairly quickly even while sitting out in the hot sun on a beach. We're not sure where to go from here or if anyone else has noticed this with their Outlook. We're wondering who installs the a/c - Winnebago or the dealer. Thanks (hot in Colorado).
