Turning down hot water heater

I have a 2018 Winnebago Micro Mini. Does anyone know how to turn down the hot water heater so it’s not trying to heat up so often?

I don't think of any that have controls as they tend to heat so quickly that I simply turn them off when I am not planning to use water.
