Tankless Water Heater

Hi All - new the the RV world and forum. Has anyone had any issues with with a Truma Propane Tankless Water Heater? Specifically - it starts, and heats for 8 seconds then it shuts off and the water gets cold.
We have a Winnebago Class C "View".

Thank you
