New 2018 Winnie travel trailer leak

Hello everyone. My husband and I just purchased the 27 ft Minnie travel trailer, haven’t taken her out yet. I was hooking up the water this weekend to just check things out. We are new to a travel trailer, we have been using a Tepui tent for the past few years. I hooked up the water to the “city water” hookup to flush the lines that still had antifreeze in them. Well sure enough we had a couple of leaks, one of which we found and fixed, the second seems to be more serious and just can’t find the source. With the trailer sitting in our driveway it is lower in the front so of course gravity has it running from wherever it is coming from underneath to the front of the trailer and has pooled underneath in the undercover. I have looked everywhere we can get access to and it’s all dry. I was hoping someone might have some thoughts. I’m calling the dealership tomorrow and will have to get it to them which is over an hour away but I just don’t see that I have a choice. Thanks for any thoughts.

Melinda

Well, she's in for service, hopefully they will get it figured out and corrected soon.

Sorry I didn’t see your earlier post. Is it a 27rbds? I have a 2016 28rbds from the Winnebago Instinct line, which is very similar to the 27.

The water lines closest to the front are those under the center kitchen island. There’s a trap door screwed down below the sink. These are used when winterizing. There are pipes there including 2 valves for draining. Those valves are activated simply by pushing or pulling the handle on them.

I would suspect one or both is not completely closed and at least one of the drains doesn’t completely clear the insulation below the trailer.
