Yes. I replaced the valve by working through the small exterior access door and removing the rear fridge panel. The fridge rear panel is fastened with around 8 hex head screws and other than needing to be a bit of a contortionist, it wasn't too bad. Once the panel is off, you can replace the valve in just a couple minutes.
