We have a 2017 Vista 27N LXE and it seems the grey water tank level is way off. It said we were 1/3 full but in fact the tank was so full the shower would not drain.
Any suggestions as to where to start solving this?
Thanks
Most of WBGO's sensors are external tank stick-ons. See if you can find the sensors behind a panel in one of the storage compartments - you may need a screwdriver to remove some of the panels - proceed from there as you see best ...

You may not want to hear this, but if you boondock at all, you need to keep an eye on those tank levels, and a wild guess of 2/3 to Full, or 1/3 to Empty doesn't cut it..
Go look at the SeeLevel system. WAY more accurate, and they don't clog
I think yours is likely similar to mine, with a long, shallow tank (maybe 6” tall) that runs side to side. Mine is very sensitive to being level.
Mine has the bathroom on the passenger side and the sensors in the driver’s side. Being tipped towards the driver makes the reading high. Being tipped the other way can affect the shower drain. I have been pondering adding a sight glass to both top corners so I can visually check the level.
I've always found the accuracy of the sensors to be somewhat hit or miss. After a while you will learn from experience how long it takes to fill a tank. I always err on the safe side and empty as regularly as I can. (The tanks, not me.)
Thanks everyone for your input. Does anyone know if its possible to check the functioning of the sensors? I can see them on the side of the tank and it looks like they are where they should be. I expected to find 2 of them hanging by their wires!
If you can see the side of the tank and the sensor positions, use water to slowly and incrementally fill the tank and see if the corresponding sensor 'lights up.' In some cases the sensors have been mounted more in a cluster in the middle of the tank. If needed you might be able to move the sensors.

I found the same issue in my 2016 Itasca 27N. I went to the trouble to fill the grey tank, gallon by gallon to see if it equalled the stated size. It did not. The shower plugged up well before the "full" light. I ask the dealer about it, but no comment. I now know to watch the lights carefully before a shower.
