About six weeks ago there was some discussion about transferring gray water to the black tank via the black tank rinse inlet. The discussion talked about a "cap" with a garden hose connection. I'm assuming this is the bayonet type cap at the discharge manifold. is this type of cap available commerically or do I have to fabricate it? My idea is to use this cap with a hose and small drill driven pump to periodically pump gray water to the black tank. This would not be necessary if the gray tank had double the capacity of the black tank. Has anybody tried this system? It seem relatively simple, I hope it works.
