Fresh water tank overflow

I seem to have a slow leak to the fresh water tank while connected to city water. I have a valve handle that goes between city water and fill tank that is closed but apparently is not completely closed or is defective. Does anyone have a video or some instructions on replacing that valve?

Before replacing the valve try rotating the valve handle a few times while under city water pressure. Sometimes debris or calcification will interrupt the valve's movement.

I've not replaced this valve - let's see if others have better info if needed.
