Ceiling Water Stain

My ceiling leaked around my tv ant. and has stained the ceiling fabric. Any suggesting on removing the stain will be appreciated.

One of the Oxycleaners. A couple applications may be needed.

30% bleach/water solution. Test in inconspicuous place first. Spray on and blot dry. Re-apply after it dries if it needs more. I tried everything and bleach was the best.

OxyClean should do it, I've used it before. Bleach can over 'whiten' the material and destroy the fabric if you're not careful.

My wife once dropped a glass jar of spaghetti sauce that broke and blew up like a volcano onto the fuzzy ceiling fabric. She cleaned it with repeated applications of a Oxy Cleaner. All these years later and you absolutely can't tell where all that sauce hit. RT

OxyClean worked for me on slight water stains.

Stain

Spot Shot from WalMart just spray it on and dab it off. Don't rub it in. Follow the directions on it and it will do the job for you.

Go to a janitorial supply retailer and ask for a tannin remover.
