Aqua Hot Help 2011 Tour

Hi All, we have a 2011 Tour. The Aqua hot system works on electric but does not work on diesel, checked the system outside no red or green lights at all. The diesel light goes on inside the coach but nothing happens. Thought maybe it was low fuel, filled up today still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Larryg17

When is the last time it was serviced? It could be a clogged nozzle.

Wayne is right, I bet it is a clogged nozzle. It's trying to work but not spraying diesel.

Still having Aqua Hot issues

Good news I took the panel off on the inside of the coach. Made sure all the connections were tight and it worked, a little. Now I have beautiful warm air coming out in zone 2, which is the bedroom and bathrooms, but it is blowing cold air in zone 1, living room and kitchen? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Larryg17

Two possibilities, I’ve had both happen to me. The zone 1 pump inside the Aquahot cabinet could be bad. You can open it up and try to feel if it is running. Note the diesel won’t run with the cover off. Second possibility is the check valve between the pump and tank is stuck. Hammering it a bit often frees it up. You can google and download the manual for troubleshooting.

Zone 2 and 3 in our rig run off the Aquahot and zone 1 runs off elec. Our 2012 Tour zone 1 is the bedroom and back bathroom.

Aqua hot issues

In our rig, zone 1 is the living area and zone 2 is the bedroom and the 2 bathrooms.
Thanks
