2020 Micro Minnie - Propane Leak Detector?
Our fifth wheel MM, model 2405RL is in storage at the moment, but wondering can anyone confirm if it is outfitted with a propane leak detector? Don’t see one mentioned in the literature. If not, should it be? We are newbs, and I have recently been told by a friend of a gruesome accident involving a propane leak to the fridge. I’ll spare you the details, but suffice it to say it freaked me out. We had the unit in for warranty service (before I heard this story) and one of the issues we had was the stove and fridge seemed very delayed in lighting. Tech told us “air in the lines” then proceeded to have my husband hold & twist whichever knob releases gas to the stove for like 20 seconds before telling him to turn the clicker (sorry for my non-technical terms, still learning). Well it lit, but the whole trailer stunk like propane and it made me nervous. Then I hear this story. Then I went looking to see if we have a detector...and here I am. Thanks for any advice!
