I’ve seen the reply of a slot in the info GPS but I’m guessing you have to pop out screen to get to it and mine seems too tight and I didn’t want to crackscreen. Do you have to go in back of it and remove screws or just ply it out?

I’ve downloaded software up-date so I’m not driving “in fields” hopefully after I’m up-dated. Just frustrated getting it out, but I see what looks like a slot on the upper right you mentioned.

Thanks

Push the "Eject" button. The screen will tilt out horizontal. Quickly look at the bottom center near the face and you will see the SD card slot. Push on the bottom of the SD car and it will pop out. The eject is timed and the screen will go back into the normal position in about 30sec.

An alternate method is in "settings". Adjust the screen tilt to max. The bottom edge will remain out while the unit is on.

No DVD/CD Player in X1DM/L unit. It doesn’t tilt or move.

My question is this. I just went to start figuring this system out lats nite. Brand new '19Navion with the XSG2Na-XDIM unit. It says I need to insert the card to activate. Was I supposed to receive the actual Rand program with the vehicle/unit? The Rand site is not very clear that you can simply purchase the program. It looks like they are selling the entire hardware/software package.
I really thought that for $2600 upgrade it came pre-loaded.
Calling dealer now since they have opened for the day.

Spoke with WB. The card is in the unit and this program is pre loaded at the factory. The problem is I need to update the card from the Rand site.

Thanks. That was my next option after finding them as manufacturer of my units radio. My CD/DVD is all infrared controlled with the radio remote controller located in cabinet with other components . Sometimes it works and sometimes it’s a challenge, but different that earlier Tour coaches.

Thanks rk911! Called Riverpark and for everyone’s reference the SD Card is remote located in the overhead cabinet in middle above the windshield. Who would have gressed. It’s done to add additional electronics away from radio to help speed up unit and reduce size and heat from radio.

Thanks for everyone’s reply and help.

Up graded SD Card in five minutes. It’s easy once you have the SD Card that I’ve looked for now for over a year.

the location of the SD card will vary by radio model. ours is the XSG2NA-X1S 6” Infotainment System and the SD card is in a slot to the upper right of the screen. But RiverPark is a fantastic source of information. glad I could help.
