I would like to move the Radio/TV switch that is in the passenger side overhead cabinet to a location on the dash so that the driver can reach it. Has anyone ever done this?

I don't know of anyone who has done this, but thanks for the idea. You'll need wire, connectors, and time and patience. It will be time consuming, but easy.
Run the wire down behind the trim on the windshield, under the dash and across to the dash panel.

How often do you use the switch. IS it worth it? I used ours very little. Our system is old anyway.

We use our radio quite a bit. I play my iPod through it. But when the radio is off, I get tired of the popping noise from the surround sound and turn the switch back to TV. The next day I'm driving down the road and want to turn the radio on but I can't reach the switch. I could ask someone else to flip the switch, but that's another issue.

Have not done it but it is on my list. In my last coach I upgraded the dash radio to a Sony Explode with wireless remote and plan to do the same with this one.
It is a pain to turn on the dash radio while driving and have to ask someone to get up and open an upper cabinet to switch the radio over. It is even more irritating when all are napping and you want to switch the rear speakers off quickly, so as not to disturb anyone. You would have to divert your attention from the road to go through the radio menu's to use the fader and turn them off with the switch out of hands reach in an upper cabinett.

JohnMc, yes I did that 2 years ago on a 04 33V Adventurer. It was a piece of cake, and you will thank yourself every morning as you hit the road, and dont have to have your "right seater" unbuckle and make the switch. I abandoned the wires to the overhead, and just put the switch across those 2 wires near the relay.. Do it, you will be glad. Also, if you have a 9999 Magnadyne radio, and you DO NOT have the steering wheel remote control, that is very handy and easy to add. A call to Magnadyne will get you the needed parts, the control, and the IR eye, align the eye, mount it, plug the eye into your radio, and you are good to go.. ..rgr...

Rear speakers? I'll have to look for them. Nope don't see any. What a great option!
