Bedroom. I made a new cabinet that angles to center by 7 degrees and down 15 degrees. Also have shelf for DVD player. TV is a 22". The bedroom seems bigger without the big box sticking into it.
Front TV, made frame adapter so I could reuse finished frame. TV is a 26".

Looks like you did a very nice looking install. I replaced both front and bedroom TV's with new LCD's this spring and could not be happier. Added a little extra trim on front as you did and was still able to go with a larger TV. Just hung my bedroom one on the wall and saved some space there to. Enjoy.

That's a really neat install from a CRT to an LCD. This looks like something that I would want to do as well.
Our forward mounted CRT is already starting to "blip" out at times and it will require replacement in the not too distant future. I have to figure out how to remove all the plastic shroud and replace it with a new cabinet.

Hi LV Horizon, Can you tell me what brand and model TV you put in the front, and where you purchased it? That looks great.

Thanks for the comments. As you can see from the bedroom photos I still have a little trim work to finish. The holes are now filled and all I need is a piece of crown trim.
Both TV's are Vizio. They have very square edges, were a good value etc. Got them at Costco
DriVer - to remove the plastic trim you have to pop out the plastic screw covers around the edges. You will need a very small screwdriver to get into the little pry out hole. Once done, open your side cabinets and you will find 2 screws on each side to remove. The plastic base trim will come off and you will be able to slid the wood trim piece forward and off. The rese becomes easier.

The old TV was a 25" RCA.
The new TV's are: front 26", bedroom 22".
