Slide Re-installed. Removed all remnants of the carpet and the original 3/4 in edge strip. Replaced original slide glide with new carpeted glide purchased from Lichstinn. Replaced chewed up lower gasket. Received slide adjustment procedure pdf from Winnebago and adjusted the vertical height of the slide. The trim is now even front and rear. Slide Works So much smoother. Now to repeat the process with the bedroom slide.

Thanks again Jesse for your suggestions and advise.

extend the room all the way out. get underneath the room and look at the floor of it. the glide strip is exposed and is sitting on top of a support bar that runs full length of the room. remove the support bar, after supporting the room of course. the strip should then be replaceable.
