I assume you mean an old tube-type TV. My cabinet was in a corner. The first thing was remove the wood buttons covering the screws holding the cabinet fascia board on to the cabinet. This exposes the TV mounting bolts and metal strap that holds the TV to the cabinet.
Since yours is likely different, that's as far as I will go with my description.

If it is a flat panel, mine is mounted on a bracket slightly larger than the TV. There is a channel on the top of the bracket that mounts /hangs on a horizontal frame on the wood wall mounting. The bottom of the mounting bracket attached to another horizontal piece on the wood wall bracket and is secured with two small screws to the wall bracket slightly angled inwards to facilitate viewing from the bed. To dis-assemble, remove the two bottom screws, remove cabling to the TV and lift the bracket with the TV attached off the wood wall mount.
You should also add your coach make, model and year to your signature. That helps readers identify if their coach is similar to yours and should get you more knowledgeable replies from owners of the same coach. Mine is a year newer than yours but mounting might be very similar. Good luck,

This is a jensen flat screen TV in a 08 winnebago tour. I have no idea how it comes off the wall. I have removed the two lower screws but nothing moves. I can see that it is hooked at the top but the lower part is still secure.

If similar to mine

Remove two lower screws that hold the TV to the bottom side of the mount
Pull bottom of TV out an inch or so to clear the mount
Lift the TV off the top mount

Is the TV defective?
