Simulators/wheel covers

I must replace wheel covers/simulators on my 2005 Sightseer, Workhorse chassis. So far, the 10 lug simulators we have found do not fit the duals. Has anyone else had a similar problem? If so, what was the solution?
The rear simulators parted company with our unit at 65mph.

Most Winnebago/Itasca RVs on the Workhorse chassis in that era used Dicor wheel simulators. Go here: https://dicorproducts.com/wheel-parts-finder/ to find the ones for your rig.
