FRTLNR-HWH-Winne Rant

So I go to change the front shocks and run into this, see pic
WHO's Responsible, obviously I had to cut the bolt head off and remove the opposite direction as the HWH jacks were mounted up against the top shock mount, now granted that is probably the only spot on the frame to mount them but puling the bolt and turning it around at build time would of made my 2 hour project a standard 20 minute job. just a rant.
