Axle/rear hub cover

Returning home after a 10K trip around the USA I notice the rear axle or hub cover is missing from the passenger side rear. Does anyone know of an after market source for the hub cover and for the Freightliner logo nut. I've ran a lot of searches and don't seem to have any luck, find mostly sources for smaller wheels. RV dealers suggest trying freightliner and I will but just thinking there may be a good source. As you can tell from my signature it is a 2004 Winnebago Journey.

There are many RV salvage businesses here and there. That's where I'd start looking for a used one. Elkhart, Indiana has a couple.

Been there lost that. I got a new one from freightliner they just needed the VIN#, comes in two pieces, the cover and the freight liner logo nut, which is right OR left handed threads depending on which side of the coach. I also recommend ULTIMATE HUB NUT TOOL, got one on EBAY for $14.

hub cover

the remaining threaded rod is the part that failed and let the cover head south, thus the reason for the tool

The rear hub cover is FL #22-53063-000. The right side logo wheel nut assy is FL #A22-54122-001. Left side A22-54122-000. Freight liner is where I got my replacements, but alliancebusparts.com also sells them.

Thanks guys for the responses.

Jamin, thanks for the part numbers. I live 80 miles from the nearest freightliner shop so will probably order from Alliancebusparts.com. $30.31 for the lug nut and $62.70 for the cover and $20 for shipping. Actually travelling at the moment and I'll be passing by freightliner on Monday so will see what they have before placing the order. Again thanks.

Glad I could help, you should save a few bucks going through Alliance. I paid 36.32 and 35.83 for the logo nut assy and 74.73 for the hub cover from FL. Shipping was 16.00 and 20.00, it's one of the down sides of living in a remote area.

I picked up the hub and bolt at Freightliner in Medford. Out the door was $103.++ so about $10 less than if I had ordered online - now I have it in hand. If I had not been passing through Medford I probably would have ordered online and paid for the shipping. I do have the tool for that nut, the nut on mine also broke at the end of the shaft leaving the threads in the bracket. I think I use Loctite blue on it this time.
