We recently purchased a 1999 Itasca Spirit 31T and do not need the couch - we would rather use the space as storage. It's the Riverwalk pattern, in okay condition without stains or tears. I honestly haven't even looked at the bed portion.
We could use some wheel chocks still. That'd be nice as a trade, but we're willing to give it away to someone who needs it more than we do.
