We are selling our coach due to health reasons. It is in very good condition with most of the available options. Mileage is less than 62,000. Michelin tires on all wheels. The tag axle tires are 3 years old and the other 6 were replaced in July 2017. The 4 six volt batteries for the house were replaced in July 2018. The Winegard Trav'ler was installed in July 2017, as well. The AquaHot was serviced April 2018. This is a very comfortable RV that only needs a new owner.
Four slides, full tile floors throughout (the bedroom is carpet), full body paint, two 40" Sony high def flatscreens, a 32" Sony high def in the bedroom and a Jensen 32" on the outside slide. Tons of storage! Motorized windshield shades for privacy and solar. Power awnings for over the door and the patio area (with wind sensor). The energy management system monitors electrical usage and automatically cycles appliances on and off to prevent tripped campground circuit breakers. Two speed paddle fan in bedroom over a real king-sized bed. Separate washer and dryer.
