2004 Itasca Horizon 40AD (Cummins 350HP) Green ($82,000) + 2009 Saturn Aura Tow Car

CALL 805-308-1900 FOR MORE INFORMATION

40' TRIPLE SLIDEOUT

This month I pick up my RV and plan to spend the next 2 months traveling in Texas. After that I may head back to Waikiki for good. That's where I live and this maybe my last RV trip. (TBD)

In this price range, this is perhaps the best RV on the road! I have owned 3 RVs and this one is the best!

The "Itasca" line is Winnebago's top RV. It also has a great reputation in the market and anyone who knows RVs can tell you the ITASCA-HORIZON-40AD was not only the "Top Of The Line" in 2004-2008, it is one of the best RVs ever made by Winnebago! And despite it's age it still looks modern... expecially with the residential refrigerator we intalled and 4-100W solar panels on the roof! Plus this RV has a Neway independent frontend suspension normally only found on highend RVs! And that means you get a much smoother driving experience... not to mention the ride benefits you get from 22.5" new Michelin Tires that cost us a fortune!

This coach gets driven every year and is in top-notch condition!

This coach has received a lot of love and no expense was spared when taken in for service! Plus the owner loved to work on this coach.

* FREIGHTLINER EVOLUTION CHASSIS

* Full engine tune-up recently preformed 1,500 miles ago (Valve adjustment, fuel injection, air cleaner, oil change, etc.)
* Recent engine work $9,200 (Oct-2017) that includes a new fuel pump and ECM
* STAINLESS RESIDENTIAL REFRIGERATOR UPGRADE!!! WITH ICE MAKER!!! (The only way to go!)

This RV is currently in storage in El Paso, TX and I live in Waikiki, Oahu. However, I will be picking it up 3/23/18 and driving to Houston area to visit my daughter. So we can meet in Houston, TX or some other location. I'm very flexible and can even arrange delivery where you live. Then I will fly home to Waikiki. So if you are thinking about RV this summer... maybe you should call me today to arrange for you to begin your trip in May/June?

This RV is also registered in Montana which is ideal, because Montana does not require yearly registration on RV older than 11 years. I ONLY PAY A ONE TIME REGISTRATION FEE AND THAT'S IT! (Less than $300...one time... not yearly!) The 2009 Saturn Aura is also registered in Montana; and I have clear title on both vehicles... ready for transfer.

Please call me and I will be glad to tell you everything I know about this RV... and I know a lot! It's been my baby for 3 years and I really was not sure if I was going to sell it this year or next year, so I thought I would list it on CL to see what interest there is?

Please call me for more information. I love to talk about this RV and I will be very "straight" with you.

CALL 805-308-1900 (No text messages.)

PS
The 2009 Saturn Aura (4-cylinder) with a Blue Ox tow bar sold separately. We also have a newly overhauled "Brake Buddy" Vantage Select that adds tow car brake assist. (New $1,400.) As for recent repairs this Saturn has new tires, front brakes, exhaust manifold and engine battery. This has been a perfect tow car! All-in you can have it for $6,000.
