Shipped Weight of an 1800BHS?

Hello,
My wife and I are looking into a Micro Minnie 1800BHS and see the dry weight is 3660 and the hitch weight is 382, but curious if anyone has the actual shipped weight from the factory? Or possibly the 1700BH. There isn't a Winnie dealer close, so want to have some more info before driving five hours to look at it!

Thanks
Jonathan

Here's a weight sticker from a 2020 1800BHS with the 15k btu AC I found at a dealer on RVT.com. But it seems to have just the printed weight of 3660 on it. So, it's not any help. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply, and am I correct that there should be a shipped weight for each trailer that leaves the factory?

Thanks
Jonathan

It should be pretty close to the dry weight plus that of any water, etc you put in it along with any additional accessories. Any carpet protection cling film, tape and cardboard will not add much measurable weight.

The 1800 is a dual axle which allows you to load it from its dry/empty weight of 3660 lb to its max of 7000 lbs gross giving it a 3340 lb load capacity while the 1700 is a single axle trailer that is 3010 lbs empty and 3700 gross giving it a 690 lb load capacity.

Filling either with propane uses 40 lbs of that load capacity and the 31 gallons of water consumes another 248 lbs so 288 lbs load capacity will be consumed on either before adding your stuff leaving you with only 402 lbs of weight capacity remaining on the 1700 after water and propane is added while on the 1800 it will have 3052 lbs of weight capacity remaining. Food, clothing, blankets, pots, pans, dishes, camping gear, accessories, etc add weight very quickly so the 1700 would be best for couples who travel very light.

Shipping weights really would only apply to trailers that are loaded on a flatbed tractor trailer or train car potentially on cradles with the wheels removed to keep the load height lower.

our 2100BH was 3880 shipped weight, this had pretty much every option, all 3 packages and the 15k AC. I believe apples to apples, the weight difference between 2100 and 1800 is supposed to be about ~100lbs based on the official stats.

There was another thread here awhile back about the 1800BH vs 2100BH, be sure to do your homework on the 2 models and the differences. Our prior camper did not have a slide out, and I would never ever own a camper again that doesn't have a slide out, as that extra room is just HUGE. Also you get the bigger dinnette as well. I can see a place for the 1700BH from cost/weight difference, but the 1800BH to me is seems like a weird one as the 2100BH is minimally higher weight/expense, but again the slideout is HUGE. My view was the 1800 just made no sense vs the 2100.

I think they are typically inside the kitchen cabinet on the Winnebago trailers.

Thanks for all the replies, we ended up getting the 1800BH because it fits out needs the best. Dual axles for not much weight gain over the 1700BH and the slide on the 2100 added something else to break and a way to lose more heat in the winter and cold air in the summer. Just pieced together a 100W portable solar panel kit, will install it and try it out this weekend.
