Minnie Plus roof leak can’t find

We have a 26RBSS Minnie Plus. The roof is leaking down the side of the front window on door side on wall inside and into under storage unit. We have sealed everything. Any thoughts how to find exact leak on own?

Welcome, leb! My only suggestion is reinspection possibly by you and a friend. You missed something.

Could it be leaking in where the gutter is attached?

Chasing leaks can be time-consuming and frustrating. Water travels so the origin of the leak can be relatively far away from where it appears. Check all the seams carefully and all around the vents, a/c, etc. Good luck.

Do you have a satellite dish or any exterior cables that pass through the roof? That's where ours was.

Also look closely where the front shell meets the roof. Where it all meets at the roof edge in particular. When doing my normal Dicor inspection I found some of the black sealant used to seal the trim/gutter area had separated from the roofing membrane which allowed water and dirt underneath. I've also had some Dicor bubbling over some of the attachment trim screws which if punctured would allow water in.

You say that you've sealed everything. If you just applied more sealant over what was already there, that didn't necessarily result in a good re-seal. The surest way to re-seal is to remove all the old sealant, and re-apply. If it's a window, vent, or the like, it's best to remove it, clean all the mounting services and re-apply the sealant. It's the sealant between the two items that's doing the work, not what's applied to the edges or on top.

Be sure to use whatever sealant is specified by Winnebago for your specific rig and for the specific item being sealed.
