Does anyone know the maximum weight the wall mount on a 1790 (or that series) will support. I know the 19" TV that is there is around 4lbs, but I'm not sure how securely the mount is at the wall and if it goes into a heavier plate that will support around 12lbs or not. Looking to get a slightly larger screen size since old(er) age sucks for vision.
No "official" amount given, but the Winnebago rep said he'd never had any issues advising people not to exceed 20lbs. So, can't use the TV I had and am ordering a newer LED one to put up there to replace the 19". This one is a 24" and hopefully will fit - if not, will return it and spend more time outdoors.
Well, put it in and fit almost perfect. I have about 1/2" between the edge and the smoke alarm that is on the wall when folded. Ended up getting a Phillips 720p 24" "Class 2K LED from WalMart. The one that was in it was 19" 720p Insignia. Debated getting a 1080i but for what little we watch (and most being OTA) it was overkill.
