Winnie Outlook 29b

Hi guys and gals. We bought a 2009 Winnebago Outlook 29b about a year ago. We went fulltime right away. I've had to repair the bedroom slide, not a big problem. But the living room slide it making a lot of noise. I've crawled under it to check our slide. But can't figure out how to get to it to repair it or lube it. Are there any Outlook owners out there? I opened a ( Winnebago Outlook Owners ) page on Facebook. Please join and pass on any information of maintenance or travels. There are only 12 of us some not outlook owners but all class c owners. Please help me with this problem. Even email me if you know where or how to repair Outlook living room slide. [email protected] thank you so much for any help.We love our Winnebago and need it to be nice to us. Thanks again.
