Value of 2015 Itasca Navion 24J

My neighbor lost her husband last year and is trying to sell their 2015 Itasca Navion 24J. It has about 6300 miles on it and is in perfect condition. It has $11,816 in options, including full-body paint, Infotainment Center, and enhanced cabinetry. I ran an NADA report on it and they show the average retail at $96,645. She has someone interested in it but is only offering $78,000. She talked to the dealer in Montana where they bought it and he told her that was a good offer! It sounds awfully low to me, but I'm not that familiar with those MH's.

She has it advertised here on IRV2 and on RVTrader.

What is your opinion of this?

Relatively reasonable offer, I think.

I forgot to mention that the total sticker price, including options, was just over $124,000.

I see a NADA low retail of $67,600. Dealer would probably offer about $60,000 for a trade in. $78,000 does sound like a good offer.

Like the other posts. That's a very fair offer. She out to seal that deal quick before it gets away.

What are you basing your valuation on? Lot's of people over price their RV's and they don't sell. The book values that professional RV buyers and sellers use are lower than the NADA RV values you and I see online. And like most things in life, it's good to agree "to disagree" once in a while. I've bought and sold a few RV's at dealers only auctions. That was a good price for the seller and a fair price for the buyer.

Private sale, no warranty. Decent price. Given it's a 2015 it may have been built in 2014 so is now 3 years old. Probably has the 5 speed not the newer 6 speed. I would not go that high.

Too general a statement. Try getting that with a Prevost, Foretravel, or other high end coach.

Good offer but most sellers will keep rather than sell at that price. Most people are under water when they sell a RV they bought new, with a loan, and only 2-3 years old. So sad.

If 30% discount off ticket price is to general for you, I will correct it -

30% discount on a Winnebago as the OP posted is a good rule of thumb.

As far as the upper tier of coaches I don't think I need to worry about even pricing one so a discount wouldn't even matter...

That's a good price for seller and buyer. I'm sure she appreciated your help.
