I recently purchased a 2011 Itasca Cambria 30C. I love the model but was inquiring about what upgrades can be done to compare with newer models? Such as swivel captains chairs in the cab? And several other issues.
On thing to look out for on swivel capts chairs in a C. There is usually a step up from the cab into the RV. So even if you can swivel the chairs you end up basically sitting on the ground floor of the living room. In may C's it's not possible to do. Depends on what's immediately behind the drivers/passenger chair.

You should be able to mount swivel seats unless something is mounted below them. My 2014 Cambria already has swivel seats. I removed the arm rests to have easier movement. As noted you will be sitting lower than the coach. The factory sells 4" cushions for around $500 . I had 5 " cushions made for $200.
