Odd question

I posted this once before, but still need help. We have a 2016 Winnebago View and need to make some furniture adjustments do to a medical condition. I will use the swivel passenger seat for sleeping, reclining. I have a foot rest for it but need an arm rest on the right side of the chair. Is I possible to buy one, or will it be necessary to make one ourselves? Has anyone else done this? Our only other option is to replace the couch with a loveseat recliner which is rather costly.

We'd appreciate any suggestions.

These are expensive but list Mercedes Sprinter as working with.
