Need OCCC of 25B
New RV wannabe owner.
With restricted needs, we have narrowed the search to the Winnebago 25B (either Minnie Winnie or Spirit).
The unit should have the standard Convenience Package plus the Onan 4K generator.
The item that is in question is the OCCC of the E350 chassis verse the E450 chassis.
Can anyone owning a 25B in either chassis configuration indicate their OCCC?
Thanks for your input

Here's a post from a guy with an E-450. His OCCC is pretty healthy ......... compared to mine, anyway.
The search engine over on irv2 worked pretty well.

The 25B is a nice unit (almost bought one). I would go with the E450. We decided on the 31D(2017). The OCCD is about 1,700. Fully loaded fir a month or two, we weigh in just over 14,500. That is with full gas, water, and propane.

Thanks all for the information.
We are now decided on the 25B/E450 for carrying capacity reasons.
I emailed Winnebago requesting a Vehicle Weight Evaluation report for a VIN in an RVtrader listing, but apparently they only provide those to dealers or owners.
They did provide the following information:
Vehicle - W/IF325B
Chassis Option - 16Y
Chassis Mfg - Ford
GAWR F Axle - 5,000
GAWR R Axle - 9,500
GVWR - 14,500
GCWR - 22,000
Wheel Base - 182
Dry Weight - 9,584
Wet Weight - 10,336
UVW - 9,914
Cargo Carrying Cap Max - 4,526
Cargo Carrying Cap Min - 4,087
Turning Radius - 31.0'
This is very useful information, but it does not help me determine the approximate distribution of the available carrying capacity at the front and rear axles.
I wish to avoid the situation of purchasing a 25B/E450 with acceptable OCC only to find it is close to GAWR at either or both axles.
If anyone can provide 25B/E450 front and/or rear UVW axle weights, it would be most helpful and appreciated.
Thanks

Suggestion:
Using the link I posted, click on "Gone To The Dog" and send him a PM. He stated (back in 2016) that he had weighed his rig. He almost assuredly got front and rear axle wts and if he still has the wt ticket (or logged the data in his records) you will have "typical" front axle/rear axle ratio data. BTW- His rig is/was a 2017 Spirit 25B.

According to the scale weigh ticket for our 25b motorhome:
Steer Axle: 4320
Drive Axle: 7140
Gross Weight: 11460
This would have been when loaded, and ready for travel.
The yellow weight information sticker on the driver's door states the OCCC to be 4209.

Note to the OP......
I did try to reply to the private email you sent, but it bounced back, saying that your mailbox is full.

Thanks for the weight info. It really has helped with the decision to get a 25B.
(bounced emails were created by ghost archival mailbox. all emails were received in the mailbox to which they were sent. sorry for the inconvenience).
