Navion 24 V Steps Stop working after Batt disconnect/reconnect

Anybody have their retractable steps stop working after the shop disconnects and reconnects their chassis battery to do work??

They forgot to connect a wire.

Thank you. I just told Mercedes Benz to find the wire they missed and put it back. By the way, they were replacing the Takata airbag so as I told them, RVs seem to be two steps forward one back. Now I have an airbag that won't shower me with shrapnel (and after 20 years in the US Army that's a GOOD thing) but my steps won't work!
