Mystery compartment in 2008 Cambria

Anyone have an idea of what this compartment is? It’s under the top step when entering the coach. During pre-purchase inspection I saw it nearly filled with water! Previous owner had no idea.
Pictures attached & prizes offered 🤞🏻🙂

According the page 77 & 78 of the Parts Catalog for your coach that is a 'COMPARTMENT - STORAGE - PLASTIC'. Many coaches have the chassis electrical box under/behind the steps, but on your coach that appears to be just to the rear of the entryway (towards the back tires).

Thanks! You’re right about electric box - it’s adjacent to entry on the lower left. We suspected a storage compartment of some type - still wondering about the water - maybe used as a cooler & someone for about the ice (since melted)? Hopefully not a live well!

Thanks,
I don’t have levelers so that explains the empty compartment. Good for storage!
