Composition of outside surface 2016 View

This one is from my husband. Does anyone know what comes after the decal...paint....fiberglass? What material comes between the fiberglass and the insulation? Where could we find out?
He wants to know how vulerable our 2016 View is to Delamimation. This unit has had water leaks.

Thank you.
Darlene

We removed our decals a couple of years ago and had them painted back on. Our decals were applied directly to the gelcoat. The gelcoat was colored to provide the overall color to the coach. The gelcoat covered the epoxy impregnated fiberglass cloth. On our Journey, next came the foam insulation followed by thin plywood substrate with vinyl wallpaper applied to that. (working outside in)

After we had the decal design painted back on, we shot the entire coach with clearcoat.

Darlene, It will be interesting to see how other people reply; the waterline of my 2002 is covered in 'bubble wrap' - it also had water leaks. (please don't say the word 'mold' within a 1/2mi of my wife....)

I figure if I could spend two weeks in the Mojave - inject some really low viscosity epoxy - apply broad, external pressure - then mask the injection ports with some distracting graphics. ...Nah. 'Never happen.

Gee Jim, that plan sounded good to me.

Hope it doesn't come to that.
Thanks

That gave us a good picture of what's underneath. Thank you.
