Smile Class C model 26A

Recently have put a deposit on a 2017 Class C model 26A. We love the floor
plan. We recently sold our 97 MW to get more room inside like the 26 A
provides. The shower in the 26A is much smaller than the 97 was. The
base of the 26A shower seemed much more flexible than the 97. Has anyone had issues with this.
My other question is, does anyone carry a spare tire? If yes what or how was it
mounted? If no spare what is the best road service to have that
might bring a spare out to replace a flat. Thanks

The new shower stalls are flimsy, one of the few things I don't like on my '17 31D.

Spare tire is mounted under the rear end.

Thanks I assume there is a recommended tire holder for the spare. I just hate
Being without one. Where can you purchase a wheel? From Ford?

I would try a junkyard for the wheel. There are plenty of E450 Vans around just double check the bolt pattern. The spare tire is mounted under the rear on my 31g, however it appears to be a Winnebago fabricated item. That's another item you might find a junkyard somewhere. I've retrofitted stuff in the past, such as taking an under mounted carrier from a pickup truck, but I don't know your general skill level are how involved you want to get in something like that. The other option may be a decent welding shop could make something up for you.

I like this spare tire mount. It is easy and can still use the receiver hitch. I will either purchase one or copy it and build it myself.
