In my opinion the "fix" is poor. It's just a metal bracket in the rear. the problem is that the front down, then rips off the rear screws and the entire ceiling falls. Better fix: I removed the ceiling covering easily; just pop off the buttons then unscrew the snaps. then you have full access to the metal frame. I put 4 more 3" self-tapping screws, heavier than the two skinny ones the factory put in. I feel this is much better. The rear is attached just fine; I checked those screws and they are as long as possible already, and plenty of them are in. Sometimes you can do it yourself better.
