Era 70C hose batteries it charging

Hi, we’re on the road in our 2016 ERA 70C and we can’t get the house batteries to charge. We’re connected to shore power and get 110v, but no 12v. Battery is down to 8V. Until we can get converter fixed/replaced, I want to try to trickle charge the house batteries with an external charger. However I can’t get to the battery terminals. Anyone know if there are points elsewhere to connect the trickle charger to charge the house batteries? The battery location is impossible to access. Also any suggestions on why converter is not working? Thanks

Did you check the converter circuit braker? That is about all I can think of. You should be able to get to the batt terminals does it not have a slide out tray for the batteries.

Only access to battery is from underneath. So tight that I cant get my hands in even close to the terminals. Local repair shop put it on a lift and couldn’t get to it. Removal requires dismantling other stuff and so they wouldn’t do it.

All the wiring diagrams for the 2016 Era 70C are located here and may be helpful;
